I was so thrilled to have found one of my favorite stores in Cairo - H&M! Located inside City Stars, H&M offers 2 levels of women's, men's, children's and maternity clothing at very affordable prices. Most items I found were priced between 100 - 250 LE. I shopped early Friday morning, so the store was empty. I didn't have to wait for a fitting room and was not bothered by store staff. Return policy is 7 days with a receipt.
