Explosion Car Care.... Not recommended I bought a voucher on livingsocial.com to try their services. I guess the idea behind the vouchers is that you get people to try services and hopefully they will like it enough to become repeat customers. Well this time it failed completely. My wife called at least 6 times trying to get an appointment and each time she was promised we will call you back. Guess how many times she was called back. Yep NONE. When we finally got the appointment it was supposed to be between 4 and 4.30. At 4.45 my wife called again and was again told wait 5 minutes and we will call you back. Surprise surprise no one called back. I called at 5.30 only to be told that the people are already there when in fact no one was there. And the funny thing is that the person insisted that they were there. Then the person handed the phone to a male who very angrily asked me "who are you?" Funny question considering we had at that time called 8 times. When I said my name is Lars, who are you? he handed the phone back to the lady that I first spoke to. The people finally showed up at 6 pm when it was dark and I have no idea how they will be able to see anything let alone clean the car with no lights but rather than going through this hazzle again I will just use the voucher, consider the money I paid thrown out of the window and never use your company again nor recommend it to anyone.
