the products look v. good but v. bad quality, besides never seen customer service that bad, it looks like we have 2 b punished for purchasing anything from this company, i bought a chandelier, turned 2 b broken, ppl in charge refused to return back the money, change it, or even fix it !!! furthermore, i bought a coffee table turned 2 b originally sold!! but agreed to wait for the next shipment, that supposed to arrive in a month, they kept telling me another month then another, then another, 5 months later when i wanted my money back they started giving me a hard time and bargaining with me to get something else in exchange or to take part of the money !!! as if it was my mistake. my only mistake was buying from this place..
