I recently purchased a set of Herman Miller shell chairs. Without even walking into the store, I was able to work with one of Style Design's head designers. I found his name and email listed on the retailer's website which is a distributer of Herman Miller products. I emailed him the specific item and quantity I wanted and he was able to find the goods, which are actually being shipped from the United States. This man was very professional and provided me with a detailed typed quote with shipping, tax and delivery information.
For anyone searching for modern, clean lined furniture, Style Design is the place to go! Large with bright lighting, this store offers furniture from all the top mid-century designers (Herman Miller, Eames). I was looking for one piece in particular. I did not find it in the store, but had a photo of the item. I gave it to the designer and she was able to find it for me and have it ordered. The designer was knowledgeable and had excellent follow-up. Prices are expensive, but again these are top brand designers. Make sure to call ahead to confirm store hours, as the first two times I went there, they were closed. Lots of side street parking available.
