Business Description

• El Mostafa Plastic and Master Batch Manufacturing was established in 2004.

• Producing white and colored masterbatch polyethylene and polypropylene in all grades according to the latest scientific techniques and international specifications for a high quality colorful product.

• Also producing UV protected masterbatch for products exposed to sunlight for long period of time, securing both composition and color.

• Our products are used in various plastic technologies including extrusion pp pipe, injection, blowing, film, sheet, etc. The company produces neon, gold and silver colors in different degrees.

• Production steps:

- We receive a sample and carry out the necessary laboratory tests, including component analysis and concentration.

- We create small mixtures to match laboratory and original samples through an injection machine and a laboratory rolling machine with customer approval.

- Materials are delivered to start production. Raw materials are mixed for 30 minutes until the fully mixed.

- Materials are removed from the mixer and placed in the tank.

- Then they are drawn into the machine by internal spiral grooves.

- The product is extracted from the machine in the form of spiral strips that are then cooled using water and air and cut into 1:2mm pieces using an internal automatic cutting machine.

- The product is assembled after cutting in electric shakers until all impurities are eliminated.

- The laboratory takes random samples every 30 minutes to perform the necessary laboratory tests to ensure product consistency and conformity to the original sample.

- The final product is withdrawn from the shaker to the collection tank through suckers and air passages.

- Products are collected in sacks then delivered to customers.
