Expertech team provides integrated services within industrial sites and energy distribution plants, such as power stations and their attached distributors and main water pump rooms for cities and communities. The importance of serving such sites is due to the precision systems in vital sensitive facilities and the necessity of applying precise procedures to avoid the occurrence of any problem that leads to energy outages to customers, in addition to the necessity for all service systems for this site to be in a state of continuous readiness. Expertech focuses on site readiness in terms of site lighting, ventilation, cleanliness, pest control, and maintenance of MEP systems on site, such as: · Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting · Emergency Generators · HVAC · Automatic Doors · Domestic, Irrigation, Submersible Pumps A specific procedure is established for each service tasks, and the technician or worker is obligated to apply this procedure in the presence of an engineer or supervisor who is fully familiar with the implementation of the service with the necessary experience in this field. Employees Training for this service is completely different from training in administrative, commercial, and residential locations HSE comes first, so that a safety specialist is present at any activity related to the service in these sensitive sites Expertech is distinguished in providing maintenance, cleaning and pest control services in these locations with more than five years of experience carrying out similar agreements with valued clients
