I was buying a product online and the company dealt with aramex for delivering the products. They called me when the package came and asked me when I was available to send it to me. They called me before they came just to confirm the time and ask me certainly about my address and when they could come. They checked my ID, which was good to be sure that I was the one who bought the product. It's a good organization, which insists on helping the customers and cooperate with them to please them.
