ايجيبت لابتوب شركة كويسة من ناحية البيع والسعر يعني بالاخص خدمة ما قبل البيع انما خدمة ما بعد البيع سيئه الى حد ما , احنا اشترينا منهم 10 لاب توب ديل انسبيرون وبعد 8 شهور وشوية في اتنين حصلهم عطل في الشاشه واديناهم ليهم قالولنا هنسلمهم للوكيل وادوني وصل انه هياخد بتاع 15 يوم ويفوت الـ 15 يوم ويروح عميل من عندنا ليهم يقولوا لسه ما جاش من عند الوكيل وخدنا على كده بتاع 4 اسابيع غير الــ 15 يوم يبقى المحصلة شهر ونص وفي الاخر يقولولي احنا ملناش دعوةوالتأخير من عند الوكيل وحضرتك ممكن تيجي نعملك توكيل ويبقى منك للوكيل , قلت لهم هو انا كنت جاي شاري اللاب توب من عندكوا عشان تقولوا لي (( منك للوكيل )) قالولى منعرفشي وهو ده اللىعندنا بعد مشاده في الكلام لقيتهم بعد يومين بيتصلوا بيا ويقولولي اللابين هنا وتعالى خدهم قلت الحمد لله وروحت اخدهم ابص الاقي واحد فيه نفس العيب اللى كان رايح علشانه (( شاشه )) قلت لهم بصوا ووريتهم المشكلة قالولى آسفين ده هو كده خرج بره الضمان قلت لهم نعم ! ! ! وانا مالى خرج بره الضمان ولا مخرجشي هو انا جايبه في عيب تاني دا انا بقولك العيب اللى كان داخل علشانه الضمان وقعد شهر ونص في الضمان عشان العيب ده هو نفسه العيب اللى متصلحشي قالولى ملناش دعوه وتقدر تروح للوكيل ومقدرتش اخد منهم لا حق ولا باطل ! ! يعني خدمه سيئه سيئه ما بعد البيع .......... والله على مااقوله شهيد
