Business Description

Our primary goal is customer satisfaction, achieved through the use of cutting-edge technology in our processes to produce the highest quality products. This is accomplished through:

• Direct monitoring of all incoming raw materials.

• Thorough verification of received samples according to the approved quality plan.

• Regular testing to ensure the availability of raw materials.

• Production of cement mixes according to required specifications and local and international standards, followed by strength and compression tests to confirm compliance.

• Periodic design updates based on product sampling and testing.

Station Specifications

The station is designed with the latest mechanical, software, and electrical designs and operates fully automatically. Each silo has a capacity of 130 cubic meters and is a SCOMA ITALIAN model.

Station Components

o Three cement silos, each with a capacity of 160 tons, insulated with heat-reflective paint.

o A feeder for the station with a capacity of 100 cubic meters of concrete aggregate. Two underground water tanks, each with a capacity of 8,000 liters, in addition to an external 50,000-liter tank equipped with a chiller to achieve a temperature of 7.

o Two tanks for concrete admixture, each with a capacity of 10,000 liters, in addition to a 1,000-liter tank (for early maintenance), all covered by a sunshade.

o A 12,000-liter fuel tank. There are also two Caterpillar generators (small and large) and two loaders (66 and 36).
