We provide integrated engineering solutions for the design of agricultural irrigation networks that ensure increased water use efficiency and optimal energy investment while reducing operating and maintenance costs to the maximum extent.   1- First lifting and assembly of the site: - Study the dimensions and topography of the land - Analysis of water sources (well/station drainage, operating pressure, and salinity) and soil nature - Determine the actual water needs according to the type of crop   2- Hydraulic division and design: - Dividing the farm into hydraulically balanced containers and valves with source drainage - Calculating the rate of water precipitation and determining the ideal overlap ratio - Calculate the friction loss and water velocity within the network to avoid the phenomenon of water hammering   3- Selection of components and approval of diameters: - Determine the appropriate diameters of the main and subsidiary pipes (UPVC / HDPE) to ensure safe speeds - Choosing highly efficient sprayers, filters, pressure regulators and flasks - Design of filters, control and direct pumping stations.   4- Producing paintings and counting quantities: - Preparing detailed AutoCAD drawings showing the diameters of the pipes and the locations of the valves - Provide technical specifications tables and structural details - Preparing quantities tables and precise specifications for the project   Our goal: - to transform theoretical plans into realistic, highly regular irrigation networks that live with the investor/farmer and save on diesel and electricity consumption from the first day of operation.

- We do not just provide the hydraulic planning and design on paper, go to the site to ensure that the artistic paintings are transformed into a practical reality that matches the highest standards of quality and regularity in implementation.   Steps and stages of our field work and implementation: 1- Site and field stakeout - Projecting approved plans and paintings onto the ground using surveying devices. - Accurately determining the paths of the main and subsidiary pipelines and the locations of installing the valves.   2- Excavation and trench preparation works • Supervising the digging of trenches with the appropriate depth and width for each diameter of pipes to ensure their protection from surface loads. • Scrub and prepare the bottom of the trench with fine sand to get rid of gravel and sharp stones that may damage the pipes   3- Extension and installation of pipelines • Installing and extending UPVC pipes or welding polyethylene (HDPE) pipes using the latest welding machines or compression fittings. • Taking into account the engineering requirements for the connections and leaving thermal expansion distances to protect the network from stresses   4- Installing valves and assemblies • Assembling and stacking the main and subsidiary valve groups in a regular geometric manner that facilitates the control and maintenance process. • Installing non-return valves, air valves and line washing rooms   5- Installation of risers and sprinklers/drippers • Installing sprinkler stands and installing them in a balanced manner to ensure accurate spraying and overlapping range • Straighten drip hoses and install drippers to resist changes in operating pressures.   6- Hydraulic Testing and Handover • Pressure Testing: Sealing the network and subjecting it to hydraulic pressure to ensure there are no leaks in the joints or welds. • Network Flushing: Pumping water to flush out dust and impurities from inside the pipes—prior to installing the actual sprinklers and emitters—to prevent clogging. • Adjusting the calibration: Verifying that the design-specified operating pressures and flow rates are achieved at every valve and sprinkler and handing over the project to the client ready for actual operation.   - Our implementation goal is to deliver an irrigation network that is free of technical defects, easy to maintain, and serves the crop with high efficiency over the long term.

- We believe that the success of the irrigation network does not stop at the delivery and first operation stage, but rather requires regular follow-up and maintenance to ensure the sustainability of hydraulic efficiency and protect agricultural investment from sudden malfunctions or decline in crop performance.   Maintenance and operation services we provide: 1- Preventive and periodic maintenance programs - Inspecting the filters and pumping stations: cleaning and washing the mesh, disc and media filters and reviewing the inlet and outlet pressures. - Washing the lines: Periodically washing the main and secondary lines and the ends of the hoses to get rid of deposits, impurities and algae that may cause clogging of the drippers or sprinklers. - Calibrating sprinklers and drippers: checking the regularity of water distribution and ensuring the integrity of the sprinkler nozzles and the absence of blockages or corrosion that affects the spraying range and overlapping pressures.   2- Emergency Maintenance and Repair - Detecting and addressing leaks in UPVC and HDPE pipelines, and repairing fractures caused by equipment movement or pressure differentials. - Maintaining and replacing control valves (air valves, check valves, and main valves).   3- Rehabilitation and hydraulic lifting of old networks - Re-evaluate and test old or dilapidated networks, and re-divide valves and gaskets to solve problems of low pressure or uneven plant growth.   4- Training farm operating crews - Training farm workers and technicians on the daily operating schedule, how to read pressure meters, and the correct handling of washing valves and filters.   Our goal in maintenance: to maintain the efficiency of the network at its highest operational levels and avoid any sudden stop of irrigation that would harm the crop.

- Our relationship with the investor does not end once the network installation and delivery is completed, but rather begins a new phase of extended consulting partnership to ensure the maximum return on investment and protect the network’s efficiency throughout its operational life.   What we offer in after-sales services and consultations: 1- Hydraulic and expansion consulting - Providing free consultations when the client wishes to add new areas or modify the agricultural cycle (increasing or changing the type of crop). - Recalculate pressures and flows to ensure that the pumping station and main lines are able to accommodate any future expansions without affecting the efficiency of the current network.   2- Provide the final drawings for reference - Delivering to the client, in writing and electronically, the final, updated executive license plates according to what has been implemented in reality, to be a decisive engineering reference for any maintenance work or modifications in the future.   3- Technical and periodic follow-up of the farm - Conduct periodic hydraulic evaluation visits to examine the network’s performance after each agricultural season. • Measuring the uniformity of distribution, calibrating sprinklers and nozzles, and ensuring the stability of operating pressures at the valves.   4- Technical support and response to inquiries - Providing a direct and approved line of communication to respond to inquiries from the resident engineer or farm manager regarding operating valves, washing times, and solving any emergency hydraulic problems.   5- Training and management of field cadres - Training farm operators and technicians on the optimal operating schedule and how to read meters and deal with filters and valves to prevent human errors.   Our vision is continuous consultation and rapid response, which is the basis for us to be the first reference and permanent supporter for every project in which we put our signature.
