Balbaa downtown mall!!! I can’t even start. If we start talking about the food, it's more than amazing and great, well cooked, fresh and very tasty... I really can't find enough words, whether you order meat kofta or kebab, or tawagen etc.... food is delivered fast. Place is huge and it has big tables, so it's very well suited for big families or large groups. It's so good that my friends and I go all the way from Cairo to Alex just to eat Balbaa. Yes, it’s that good. People are very friendly and waiters are always smiling.

Kebab & Kofta & all other grilled food are very delicious. The food is served in no time, always ready & fresh. It is always full of customers and this is why the food is normally ready and is served very quickly. Very convenient for large groups. The major problem they had there and I really believe that it needs improvement is that they have no waiting list for the customers. The customer reserve his table by coordinating himself with any waiter he meets & giving him tips. This results in many problems between customers because sometimes a customer who arrives later than another one is getting a table earlier.
