An excellent facility where the doctors are diligent and professional. i only went there to get flea/tick treatment for my dog but i could see that everyone, and every pet, there was getting the attention they deserve. Their working hours are kind of hard if you work or go to school, they close at 4PM if i am not mistaken but they do have someone on call for emergencies that's what they told me. It is usually quite crowded so you might have to wait a while, but doing so in a spacious air conditioned reception with plenty of magazines (strictly related to pets) and a tv definitely helps. They also have a pet motel, but i've never been able to get my dog in because it is always full booked weeks in advance, but then again that means they offer a good service. Best part: LOTS of parking space due to its location. It is kind of difficult to get to it though, their only access is off the ring road heading towards carrefour from new Cairo.
