The service and product quality are too bad.. - Every time I go I see a man shouting as he had just bought the product and it was broken fast. - The warranty fixing system may take from 15 to 20 days. - A friend of mine bought a 200 LE headphone but it was broken fast and when he fixed it, it was easily broken again (not physically broken just one of the phones is not working). From months, I bought a cheap headphone which had a warranty of 3 months.. After only one month the headphone was not working and when I went to fix it through the warranty they told me that they have orders not to take a headphone which costs less than 100 pounds and said to me "there is nothing we can do to you. You may leave a comment for the manager". Though when I bought it, they gave me a bill written on it 3 months warranty. So I gave them the headphone and left the shop.
