The company was founded by Eng. Saeed Al-Labban in 1979. The company provides distinguished services in the field of designing - engineering consultancy - contracting - maintenance - operation - supervise implementation of the electromechanical works such as refrigeration and air conditioning works, (VRV & VRF) systems, (BMS) systems, freezing cold rooms, industrial ventilation, firefighting works and smoke extraction systems.

- Rasco company has provided all its services in many places throughout the Republic and examples of that are:

1- The field of central air conditioning (chillers) large central units within the following facilities:

- Aircraft assembly building in Almaza.

- Air Force Academy, Bilbeis.

- Banque du Caire (Rushdy branch / Al-Alfi branch).

- Credit Agricole Bank (Mohandessin Branch).

- Ezz El Dekheila Company.

- Sheraton Hotel on the island.- National Cancer Institute.

2- Areas of air conditioning for small units:

- Main aircraft workshops.

- National Bank for Development Branches (6 October / Helwan / Mohandessin).

- Banque du Caire (Adly Branch / Tharwat Branch).

- ASEC Cement Company.

- Lilly Pharmaceutical Factory (General Administration)

3- The field of maintenance was installed in the following facilities:

- The third subway line number (13 stations) (from Ataba station to Adly Mansour station).

- Maintenance of parts for Ezz Steel factories.

- Attijariwafa Commercial Bank branches (Cairo / Giza / Alexandria / Aswan).
