Founded in 2018 by PFI (Post for Investment), the investment arm of Egypt Post, STANDARDS began with a clear focus on projects and facility management expertise that remains at the heart of what we do today. Since then, we have evolved into an integrated community and business solutions provider, expanding our capabilities across facility and property management, operations and maintenance, energy solutions, construction, and real estate services.

Hard Facilities Management: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, civil maintenance, MEP systems, and fire protection.

Soft Facilities Management: Cleaning, façade cleaning, landscaping, pest control, sanitization, waste management, and marble restoration.

ELV & Security Systems: CCTV, access control, biometric systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), public address, and queue management solutions.

Specialized Projects: Fit-out, renovation, refurbishment, MEP and civil works, project coordination, and execution.
