المحل ده دايما مليان على طول بالزباين وكمان تليفونه على طول مشغول. انا بحب اوى المحل ده علشان المخبوزات بتاعته مناسبة للصحة لأن فيها فتامينات وكمان اوميجا 3 ودة حاجة نادرة جدا. وكمان بيكونوا كاتبين كل نوع فيه كام سعر حرارى وده بيساعد الناس اللى بتحافظ على صحتها وكمان للناس اللى بتحاول تفقد الوزن زى كدة. انت بتختار نوع العيش اللى انت عاوزه و بعدين بتختار الحشو بتاعه انا اخترت عيش المانى والحشو خس ومعاه جبنة الايمنتال بجد العيش طعمه خرافة وطرى جدا والخضار طازة جدا وكمان اخترت دونتس بالشوكولاته وديه احلى تحلية ممكن الواحد يحلم بيها علشان الشوكولاته كانت سايحة وخفيفة اوى.
I had heard about tbs from a friend who raved about their croissants so when I found myself in Zamalek in front of the bakery I just had to try it. I went inside the store and was immediately overwhelmed by a great variety of freshly baked products. Besides the warm croissants which were among the best croissants I have had here in Egypt I also bought several different types of bread and buns. I love bread but it has to be real bread. The rich bake soft stuff that you can chew even without teeth is not my idea of bread. Bread has to be crunchy from the outside and full of flavor from the inside. If it has grain and nutritious elements all the better. It not only tasted better but it is also much better for you. The bread from tbs is real bread. The kin of bread you crunch into and smile as the flavor fills your senses. tbs stands for The Bakery Shop or The Best Selection. Best croissants in Egypt.
